About

The East River Greenway Initiative seeks to create a full length, world-class waterfront esplanade and greenway along the East River on the East Side of Manhattan. We advocate for closing the major gap that extends from East 37th Street to East 60th Street which creates an extremely dangerous situation for all Greenway users.

The Coalition

We are building a coalition of community stakeholders that supports closing the gap and improving the East River Greenway.

Join the over 50 community and environmental organizations that have signed a letter of support urging our elected officials to work together to close the gap in the East River Greenway.
